Days 97-99: Anniversary Road Trip Photos, D.C.
So earlier this month marks the four-year (!) anniversary since Boyfriend and I started dating. To commemorate what suckers we are to be stuck in a relationship so long, Boyfriend took me on a week-long road trip to see the East Coast beyond New York.
Of course, I took my trusty camera (well, actually, two) along. Here are a few shots from the first leg of our trip in D.C.:
I’m a bit sad hindsight now to have been caught without a camera when we made an impromptu visit to the FDR Memorial (to catch pokemon, of all things), which was a lovely stretch of park with fountains and expressive statues we’d never even heard about. The other place I wish I’d had my DSLR for?
Jefferson Memorial, because FALLOUT YO.
I’m probably the only person in the world that gets excited about JM not because of TJ, but because I recognize JM’s hallways on the way to restoring a G.E.C.K.
